Suyash Prabhudessai is an Indian Cricketer from Goa. He has played many domestic tournaments and his performance was so good. After watching his performance RCB bought him in IPL auction 2021. If he gets a chance to play for RCB he will show his performance. He made his List A debut for Goa in the 2016–17 Vijay Hazare Trophy on 28 February 2017. He made his first-class debut for Goa in the 2018–19 Ranji Trophy on 20 November 2018. He made his Twenty20 debut for Goa in the 2018–19 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy on 22 February 2019. His playing style is attacking. He is a fast player and he can hit big shorts.

Early Life

Suyash Prabhudessai was born on 06 December 1997 in Goa.  He is the third player from goa who is selected in RCB. He has been playing cricket since childhood and in IPL his favourite team is RCB. After getting selected in RCB, he said that he is so happy that he got a chance to play for his favourite IPL team.

Career

He has been playing cricket since his childhood but professionally, he started playing cricket in 2017. 2017 was the year of his debut in domestic cricket. He played his first professional tournament on 28 February 2017 in 2016–17 Vijay Hazare Trophy for team Goa. After this, he played many matches. His first-class debut for Goa was in the 2018–19 Ranji Trophy on 20 November 2018. Also, he made his Twenty20 debut for Goa in the 2018–19 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy on 22 February 2019.

He is a batsman and also sometimes he can bowl but his main role in cricket is a batsman. He performed so well in his cricket career that’s why he is bought by RCB in IPL auction 2021. He was doing a normal meeting with his cricket team then someone of his family member texted him that he got bought by RCB in IPL auction 2021. He became so happy hearing this news. He is bought by RCB for 20 lakh rupees.

In an interview, he said he knew about this that he will be picked by any IPL team because his recent performance was good. Recently he made 48 runs out of 22 balls it was so good.

He made his List-A debut in 2017 and played a total of 29 matches till now( updated date 5 April 2021). He has scored 653 runs on an average of 23.3 with a strike rate of 90.7. His List-A debut was good.

After a successful debut in List-A, he made his first-class debut in 2018. He played 16 matches in his first-class matches and made a total of 922 runs on an average of 43.9 with a 57.0 Strike rate. This performance was so well by him and helped him in his future cricket career.

In 2019, he made his T20 debut. He played 17 matches and scored 357 runs on an average of 32.5 with a strike rate of 148.1.

His journey was so good and he performed so well in these debuts.
