Sukhjinder Shera was a Punjabi (Indian) actor and Director. He worked on many Punjabi movies. His films Jorr Jatt Daa (1991), Jagira (2007), and Yaar Belly (2018) were hit. Recently he went to South Africa to meet his friend but on 25 April 2021, he effected by fever and pneumonia and taken to hospital. On 5 May 2021, he died due to fever and pneumonia.

Shera was from village Malakpur in Jagraon town of Ludhiana. He was passionate about acting so he chooses acting as his career and tried himself as a director. He was a successful Punjabi actor. He has two daughers and a son. His all children are married. His son lives in Capital of Phillipins Manila.
Some times before he sold his village’s land to the purpose of doing business in South africa. His a friend lives in south africa. Some time before he went to South africa but returnted to India but this time he lost his life there.
On 5 May 2021 in Uganda, South Africa he died due to fever and pneumonia. He was 68 years old when he died.
He was a successful Punjabi actor, worked on many hit Panjabi films. Also, he was a director. He had worked on many popular punjabi films like Yaari Jatt Di and Jatt Te Jamin etc. Currently, he was working on the movie “Yaar Beli”.
He had started his acting career from movie “Yaari Jatt Di”.
On 17 April 2021, he went to Uganda, South Africa to meet his friend but on 25 April 2021 he was suffered from fever and pneumonia and admitted to the hospital but he couldn’t be saved. On 5 May 2021, he died due to fever and pneumonia in Uganda South Africa.
